Charles Proudfit is the Founder and President of SKILLSOURCE^â, which delivers business consulting, training, coaching and networking services on a national basis.  Chuck brands himself as a “business builder.”

A prominent player in the Greater Cincinnati’s business community, Chuck has successfully built several businesses of his own.   Alongside his staff, he has helped hundreds of clients achieve the sustainable growth in sales, profits and people for which SKILLSOURCE^â is highly regarded.

Chuck developed his general management expertise at three industry-leading firms:  The Procter & Gamble Company, The Ernest & Julio Gallo Winery, and LensCrafters Corporation.  He earned his academic degree from Harvard University, where he pioneered the school’s organizational development curriculum.  An avid educator, Chuck has also served as an adjunct faculty member at the Great Oaks Institute.

Chuck has been quoted, interviewed, profiled and published in notable media such as Success magazine, Inspire Cincinnati Magazine, the Business Courier, The Small Business Journal, The Cincinnati Enquirer, The Chicago Tribune, The Boston Globe and Success Radio.

Chuck holds a Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do under U.S. Olympic Coach Hong Kong Kim.  He is also the CEO of Self Sustaining Enterprises, which generates profits for philanthropy through sustainable business initiatives; and the Founder of At Work on Purpose^â, a ministry that helps Christians live out faith in the work world.  He has received the prestigious Angel Award for community service from the Smith Family Foundation.  Chuck and his wife Jeryl are the proud parents of two children adopted from South Korea.
