SKILLSOURCE^® was founded in 1995 by Charles Proudfit, on a kitchen table with little more than a personal computer and a file folder.  The business model was simple:  deliver top quality consulting to small business at an affordable price.  Hire exceptional people on a per-project basis; keep overhead low as a home-based business; and remain connected to clients over the long term.

 

SKILLSOURCE^® quickly outgrew its model.  A reputation for results attracted business clients of all sizes.  Opportunities expanded beyond Greater Cincinnati to reach a national scale.  Project scope began to encompass training and coaching, as well as consulting.  Our subcontractor pool swelled to include dozens of highly motivated, highly capable professionals.
